Bade Natural
This project focuses on beauty art direction and set design developed for Bade Natural’s transition into colour cosmetics.
Bade Natural was entering the world of colour cosmetics for the first time. Since the brand is known for its 100 percent natural formulations, the visual language had to carry the same integrity. My approach to beauty art direction in this project was shaped by the brand’s natural identity.
For the still life scenes, I used the materials that actually define the formulas: mineral textures, raw pigments, colourful fruits and veggies. The set design stayed close to the idea of “unprocessed beauty”. The lighting was shaped to keep every texture honest. Nothing glossy for the sake of gloss. Only what the product itself already offered.
For the model shoots, the direction shifted toward an intimate, easy sense of beauty. We kept skin real, light soft, and gestures simple. The goal was to show colour without breaking the brand’s natural identity. The video edit followed the same rhythm, cheerful and organic.
This project explored how a natural-based brand can step into colour without losing its core. Every choice in the set, casting, palette and pacing came from that question.
